NOIBI OLUMIDE IBRAHIM holds Master’s Degree in Public Administration with focus in Public Policy(2004); Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy(1994) respectively from the University of Lagos. He undertook the NYSC in Ogun State in1995.He had previously attended Ajayi Crowther Memorial Grammar School, Bariga and Gateway Grammar School, Idiroko, Ogun State where he earned the WASC in 1987.

He had also attended several capacity building programs locally and internationally in Strategic Planning and Management, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Sports Business Management, HR Processes and Organization Efficiency, Public Private Partnership(PPP) etc in the UK, US, UAE, the Lagos Business School, Price Waterhouse Cooper(PWC), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria Institute of Management amongst others. He is also a member of the Protocols/Diplomacy International – Protocols Officers Association, New Hampshire, USA.

Since joining the Lagos State Civil Service in Y2000, he had served in Office of the Chief of Staff/Governor’s Office; State Tenders Board/Cabinet Office; Public Service Office; Office of Local Government Establishment, Pensions & Training where he etched value into service delivery in Admin. & HR, Project Planning and Management, Protocols etc roles. He is presently the Director Admin.& Human Resource at the Lagos State Sports Commission and actively involved in driving the strategic repositioning of the Commission for greater impact in sports development for Lagos State.

He had equally undertaken several strategic State assignments including serving as:
Lead, State Governor’s Advance Team to several Local and International Engagements;
Lead, Protocols Team, Lagos Economic Summit(Ehingbeti 2012 and 2014);
Lead, Governor’s Statewide Projects Inspection/Monitoring Program (2014);
Secretary, Gubernatorial Inauguration Organizing Committee(2015).

From Ita Akanni and Okepopo in Lagos Island, Olumide Noibi is happily married with children.
