DR. KWEKU ADEDAYO TANDOH – Executive Chairman.
Dr. Kweku Adedayo Tandoh is the Executive Chairman and Chairman Governing Board of the Lagos State Sports Commission. He is also a member of the Lagos State Sports Trust Fund. A seasoned sports administrator, Dr. Tandoh brings over 35 years of worldwide professional management expertise to the fore-front of sports in Lagos.
Dr. Tandoh is a trained medical doctor and has had a very versatile career, having gained several relevant qualifications that span across diverse sectors, locally and internationally. He has also gained experience in various fields including Medicine, Marketing, ICT, Planning & Research and Sports.
Over the years, Dr. Tandoh has held several positions in various capacities including but not limited to the following: Vice-Chairman, Lagos State Badminton Association, Vice-Chairman, Lagos State Sports Medicine Association, Director, Planning, Research & Education at National Gallery of Art. Director of Sports: Lagos State Sports Council.
Dr. Tandoh was also Secretary-General of the Main Organizing Committee of the Eko 2012 National Sports Festival, the festival has been labelled as the best organized to date.`
He currently serves in various capacities ranging from member to Chairman of different local and international bodies for special assignments in sports and other relevant strategic sectors.
A man with a constant passion for self-development and knowledge garnering, he has attended several courses and conferences across the globe. It is therefore little wonder that he is in the apex position of the Lagos State Sports Commission running the affairs of sports in Lagos and developing strategies towards placing Lagos at the pinnacle of sports in Africa and ultimately the globe.

NOIBI OLUMIDE IBRAHIM holds Master’s Degree in Public Administration with focus in Public Policy(2004); Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Philosophy(1994) respectively from the University of Lagos. He undertook the NYSC in Ogun State in1995.He had previously attended Ajayi Crowther Memorial Grammar School, Bariga and Gateway Grammar School, Idiroko, Ogun State where he earned the WASC in 1987.
He had also attended several capacity building programs locally and internationally in Strategic Planning and Management, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, Sports Business Management, HR Processes and Organization Efficiency, Public Private Partnership(PPP) etc in the UK, US, UAE, the Lagos Business School, Price Waterhouse Cooper(PWC), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Nigeria Institute of Management amongst others. MR. KOLAWOLE, MOSES – Director, Sports Development Directorate.
Mr. Kolawole Moses Olusegun, a Deputy Director is the Head of Sports Development. He was born on 5th September, 1963 and attended Salvation Army Primary School, Ayobo, Lagos State where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate. He further proceeded to African Church Teachers’ College for Teachers’ Education. He attended Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife where he obtained the Nigeria Certificate of Education (NCE).
He obtained BSc. (Ed) in Physical and Health Education from the University of Ilorin in 1994. Also, he obtained Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and Management from the University of Lagos.
He joined the Lagos State Teaching Service on 16th October, 1995 from where he was deployed to the Lagos State Sports Commission in 2017. In his active sporting years he had participated in various sports by representing his school in sports especially at NUGA Games at University of Ilorin in 1992. He coordinated the principal Cup in Education District II of Lagos State in 2008.
He was the Chairman of Nigeria Association for Physical and Health Education (NAPHERSD) at Local Government level. He was also the 1st Vice Chairman of the same Association at the State level in 2009. As the Head of Sports Development, he led the State Contingent to the 2018 National Youth Games (NYG) in Ilorin.
He was the Head of the State Delegate to 2018 African Youth Games in Algeria and the 2018 National Sports Festival in Abuja. He is happily married and blessed with children.
Mr. Mobee Nunayon Kayode – Chief Sports Officer is the Head of School Sports Directorate.
Mr. Mobee Nunayon Kayode He was born on 9th November, 1969 and obtained his BSc degree from the Lagos State University, Ojo in Physical and Health Education.
He had a Diploma in Coaching/Training and Diploma in Physical and Health Education at the National Institute of Sports, Lagos in 2001. He also had obtained an Advanced Diploma in Management of Olympic Sports Organization (IOC).

SOYEWO, ABIOLA BOLANLE (MRS) – Director, Finance & Accounts Directorate.
MRS ABIODUN BOLANLE SOYEWO BSC (Hons.), ACNA, ACITN, FICA.
Mrs Abiodun Bolanle Soyewo was born in Ijebu-Ode.After her primary education, she attended Ijebu Southern District Grammar School, Ijebu-Ala for her Secondary Education, Federal Government College Odogbolu for Higher School Certificate and Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye in 1986 where she studied Accounting for her first degree and a graduate with honours.
She worked in several private organizations at various times, including Vanni Holdings Nig. Ltd, Triple Hays Finance Limited (Finance Officer), Unique & Trust Finance Securities (Snr. Finance Office) before joining the Lagos State Civil Service in 2000.
She has worked in various government Ministries and Parastatals as an Account Officer. She has also served as Accountant to several Sports Committees, including:

Through dint of hard work and God’s grace, she rose steadily to become the Assistant Director and Head of Finance and Account, Lagos state Sports Commission, a position she presently occupies.

Mrs. AGUNBIADE, BILIKIS OLAJUMOKE (MRS) – Head, Internal Audit Unit.
Mrs. AGUNBIADE BILIKISU OLAJUMOKE, Chief Auditor is the Head of Internal Audit Unit. She attended Lagos State University, Ojo where she graduated with BSc. Economics in 2009. She also had HND in Banking and Finance from the Polytechnic Ibadan in 1994. She is also a Certified Accountant and a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) in 2016.

Mr. Lawal Adewale Moshood – Director Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Mr. Lawal Adewale Moshood was born on 18th March, 1965 in Ibadan Oyo state.
He obtained his West Africa School Certificate in 1984 and A’ Level in 1986 at Ibadan Grammar School, Ibadan.
Mr. Lawal graduated from University of Lagos with B.Sc in 1991 and later obtained PGD Computer Science from Postgraduate School, University of Lagos, Akoka in 1996.
He joined Lagos State Civil Service on the 7th of January, 1993. He has served in various Ministries and Agencies such as default PPTESCOM Headquarter as a pioneer officer Computer Resource Centre, Lagos State Examinations Board as head Computer Resource Centre and later Assistant Director (ICT). He introduced the Web design Portal and online registration of all categories of examinations and Full Automation of Exams in LSEB.
Mr. Lawal was a pioneer Director ICT that implemented the production of locally OMR with candidate passport photograph and also the CBT exams for the entrance into Model Colleges and Upgraded Secondary schools in the State.
Mr. Lawal was in FSMB department as Assistant Director and was the head in charge of Oracle Inventory Module at the Ministry of Science and Technology.
He has a Professional Certificate from Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (MCPN) and also a member of Nigeria Computer Society of Nigeria (MNCS).
Extra Curriculum Activities: Mr. Lawal is an active member of Lagos State Public Service Club and has served in Executive capacity as Financial Secretary, General Secretary and Vice President of the Club.

Mr. Raji Samuel Tijani is a Chief Statistical Officer who doubles as the Head of Planning Unit. He was born on 13th September; 1966 and attended Army Children School from 1973 to 1978 before he proceeded to Ajowa Community Grammar School, Ajowa, Akoko, Ondo State from 1980 to 1985. He graduated from Federal School of Statistics with OND in Statistics in 1994.
A member of Nigeria Statistical Association from 1996 till date, he joined the Service on 12th January, 1989.Mr. Tijani is a native of Ondo State and he is happily married with kids.
